I contacted Morongo and Aqua Caliente and both casinos said that stating your social and 1 valid form of ID is required for payout no physical social security card or passport required. I will need to return to collect my winnings with the hand written note from the cage and my social security card or passport in addition to my government issued ID. In order to receive my payout they required a social security card or passport in addition to my valid CA drivers license.
